Swimming pool construction

The Permanent Formwork invention is a structural construction system that combines reinforcing steel with concrete-casting moulds in a stable, fixed form for concrete structures. It is an internationally recognised system approved by the National Research Centre for Housing and Building, and registered as a patent and as Egyptian construction in France. Prefabricated mesh formwork is manufactured from expanded metal of galvanized steel in accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials specification (ASTM A525), to American specification (G60), with galvanized mesh. Casting moulds follow (ASTM C847). Concrete is poured into the permanent formwork and installed in the shape and size specified by the client, represented by (France) or its equivalent (Z 275 Norma NF), or in accordance with (the United States). Floors and walls are cast together at the same time, reducing the overall weight of the swimming pool.
